NC Transportation Summit
NCDOT, along with it's partners NC Go! and the NC Chamber Association, hosted it's 5th annual NC Transportation Summit in May of 2024. Featuring over 60 speakers from around the country, over 1,000 attendees learned about the future of the transportation industry.
My Role: As a leader in the core planning team for this event, I managed all Audio/Video/Lighting coordination for the 3-day conference, featuring over $160,000 in AVL rentals. I also personally coordinated 2 main-stage sessions and 2 breakout sessions, managing logistics and coordination with ~20 speakers.
Coordination included leading bi-weekly meetings regarding the planning, overseeing the AVL budget, ensuring technical coverage across all sessions/days of the conference, and coordinating all visuals for main-stage sessions.
Many attendees of the 2024 NC Transportation Summit regarded it being the most technically advanced Summits ever.

Jennifer's Dance Academy Recital
As the annual event partner, I have provided Audio, Video, Lighting and Ticket Management services to the academy for over 10 years.
I manage audio setup and coordination for the entire event, including voice-of-god announcements. I coordinate lighting plots and rigging to ensure a safe space for dancers while enhancing the show. I setup and oversee the online ticketing of the event, including reserved seating, hold seating and the event payout to the organizers.
